The results of a prospective study of the diagnosis and treatment of 104 patients with varicose veins, clinical class C1 (telangiectasia and reticular veins) are presented in the paper.And the first time the proven effectiveness of the program VEIN SEEK pro for diagnosis and during treatment.Using photographic documentation and patient survey results on the Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale, the results of the treatment of patients with percutaneous laser coagulation and foam sclerotherapy were compared.According to the results of the study it is determined that the most common complication with the use of the proposed methods of treatment is residual pigmentation, which is observed in 3.8% of patients in whom transcutaneous laser coagulation is used and 6.4% – sclerotherapy.
