Abstract

To work out complex methods of non-interventional treatment of patients, aimed at correcting the mechanisms of disease development and its complications. Materials and methods. 460 patients with acute complicated pancreatitis were subjected to a comprehensive examination. When performing each fragment of the study, two random groups of patients were formed– the main one, for which the complex of non-interventional techniques worked out and comparative-with traditional therapeutic approaches. Clinical, laboratory, biochemical, radiological (X-ray, ultrasonographic, computer-tomographic), intraluminal (esophagogastroduodenoscopy), as well as special methods (bacteriological, pathomorphological) of research were used. The obtained results are processed by methods of variation statistics using the criteria of Student, Fisher and χ². Results. The implementation of the elaborated original methods, in particular multimodal analgesia, antisecretory therapy, leveling of edema and exudative lesions of paranapankreatic retroperitoneal fiber, correction of metabolic disorders, and improved method of early enteral nutrition, have contributed to the improvement of treatment efficacy compared with traditional medication therapy. Conclusion. Given the positive result and accessibility of the proposed methods, it is advisable to introduce them into the work of surgical institutions of practical health care.
